A Simple, Safe, And Fast Weight Reduction Tip

Here is a very simple safe weight reduction idea that really works and is enjoyable.

1) Before every meal take an 8oz glass of water and add to the juice from one half of a fresh squeezed lemon. If a fresh lemon is not available about two table spoons a lemon juice concentrate will do.

2) Add a small amount of stevia to taste. Stevia is a natural sweetener that is actually good for you. Stevia can be purchased from just about any health food store. Although it is a little pricey, it last a long time. It also has zero calories. Stevia also has been known to reduce the formation of plaque on your teeth. You can also use stevia as a sugar substitute in just about anything, and this alone will save a bunch of calories.

You now have a power lemonade that’s delicious and good for you.

3) Drink one eight ounce glass before each meal. Try this routine for 2 weeks, and watch the weight start to come off. One side benefit, is that juice from a lemon in a glass of water is found to be an aid in fighting certain types of cancer.

Lemon juice in water is a great source of vitamin C, and can help to cleanse the liver. It can also help with certain digestive issues such as heartburn. For the best results, use a fresh lemon, organic if at all possible
